Group Yoga Classes
Vinyasa style all-level yoga classes designed to help you unwind, reconnect with your breath, and move mindfully while taking in the peaceful sounds of the lake. Group classes are located at my cottage on the dock or in the studio (weather permitting). Also offering strength and Pilates classes.
